18 holes of golf two days in a row! I did a little better today - didn't fall apart until the 11th hole and actually got it straitened out again towards the end. Beautiful warm day - a lovely walk only marginally spoiled by the golf ball.
We are back in the deep freeze and the ice is treacherous. I need another knee treatment as it has been three weeks and I can feel the same old pain coming back. Life is good here. I think I will be down there at the end of the month.
I am looking forward to a knee treatment too - I don't think I am making it worse with golfing/biking/hiking/gym time. It is actually better after a long walk. Will I see you down here?
