Walking and Running

Today we walked about an 8 block square in Bridgeland - up and down every street - counting churches. There are 8 and one more that is now a house. We wandered around Zoo Lights with the Packwoods late in the afternoon - and yesterday I ran with the Ujaunders for our 20 minute Christmas run. It was great - coach Bart started us nice and slow - but I ran continuously for the 20 minutes - and that was good news. My knee was neither plus or minus.
