Weight Down

Well at least it was until the book club met today in Banff to surprise JT for her big four oh. We did walk along the river and through town and up to the Banff Centre but then enjoyed an interesting lunch at a veggie restaurant BW found and then we had to celebrate with ice cream as we poked around main street. But this morning I was down a whole pound to -6.6.
