My Dad is Doing Great

Which is the main thing today. He had surgery this morning and is home now and coping well. He'll need a few more days of R&R and then he should be better than before. I did manage to sneak in a little 30 minute walk - moved quite quickly and only had trouble on the two little hills - up wasn't bad but down let me know that my knee isn't quite 100%.
