Spent a quiet day at the cabin getting ready for everyone to come - then tonight a slow walk to the park with the whole gang and then a fast walk for 35 minutes. It is cold!
It is cold - I went today for a walk with the dogs - we have an extra porty for the weekend and was glad to have my hoodie on. I liked what you said about things changing - I have to change things up here - I have maintained weight loss for three years but now need to drop and maintain that loss -
