A Walk in the Park

A BIG walk - 2 hours and 10 minutes at a pretty brisk pace - I calculate about 13km? B and I caught up with 3 months news and the dog was grateful to crawl into the back seat of the car at the end. Dinner at Mom and Dads - nice to catch up there too. Forgot the scale this am - I promise to check in the morning.
