A Wonderful Holiday

Time to see everyone - and more visiting coming up. No exercise last week - but the 20 minute(very cold) Christmas morning run with Julie and Bart - and Anika for the first time. Then on to the Meyerhoff's for coffee and baileys and a chance to play with the boys and their new toys. Today a good brisk walk for about 45 minutes ...... and more turkey.
