15/50 An Unscheduled Break

First I took Friday off - then I got a little gastro flu that shut me down for a couple days plus one more. Missed a bike ride with Peter and B&N, our anniversary dinner and a golf game with my new clubs! It poured rain all day today so a trip to the gym had to suffice. 60 minutes hard on that stepper and some abs - then a long sit in the steam room. Ahhhh!
