Spruce Meadows and Zoo Walks

Since they were at 'Levi' speed they don't count for the 20 minute challenge - but they sure are fun. Today we focused and walked faster than (most) of the mosquitos on the ridge.

    The gluten has nothing to do with my knee - just the less I have the better the rest of my system works.
