Golf and a Walk
Golfed at Radium Springs with a couple from Texas - likely old enough to be our parents! Hope we are doing the same at that age. They come up here every summer to escape the heat. The knee held up well - we took a cart - but the twisting didn't seem to make much difference. Tonight we walked a very brisk 30 minutes - both the temperature and the pace were brisk.
