Just the one day on Saturday and we did walk way up the beach and it was blowing and raining pretty hard. Then Sunday morning a 40 minute attack on that eleptical - but no weights as breakfast was waiting. High tide coming right up to the restaurant windows and the wind really picking up. Pretty spectacular.
Yesterday was a travel day and today was 'fight the cold one more day'.
